1. Return Eligibility 

Returns are accepted only if: 

  • The item received is damaged 

  • Wrong product was delivered 

  • Product has manufacturing defects 

Items must be: 

  • Unused and unwashed 

  • Returned with original tags and packaging 

  • Requested within 3 days of delivery 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return: 

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance 

  • Used or washed garments 

  • Products without tags 

  • Customized or altered items

5. Replacement Availability 

Replacements are subject to stock availability. 

If the same product or size is unavailable, House of Ko may offer: 

  • Alternative size  

  • Alternative product of equal value  

  • Store credit (if applicable) 

6. Cancellation Policy 

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. 

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
